UCell was the fastest mobile provider in Uzbekistan during 2H 2024, across all technologies combined. It recorded a median download speed of 52.21 Mbps, and an upload speed of 15.42 Mbps.
Turon Telecom and Comnet offered the best ISP video and gaming experiences
Turon Telecom offered the best video streaming experience among ISPs in Uzbekistan during 2H 2024, while Comnet recorded the best gaming experience, according to Speedtest Intelligence data.
UZTELECOM the fastest fixed ISP in Uzbekistan
UZTELECOM was the fastest ISP in Uzbekistan during 2H 2024 with a median download speed of 77.76 Mbps, and a median upload speed of 80.37 Mbps.
Samarkand Province and Tashkent Province were the top performing regions in Uzbekistan
Among the regions of Uzbekistan, Samarkand Province recorded the fastest median mobile download speed of 49.19 Mbps, while Tashkent Province outpaced the other regions to record the fastest median fixed download speed, with 87.22 Mbps.

UCell was the fastest mobile provider in Uzbekistan during this period, based on Speedtest Intelligence® data for all technologies combined, with a Speed Score of 87.28. UCell led on median download speed, recording 52.21 Mbps, ahead of next placed Uztelecom, which recorded 36.22 Mbps, and Mobiuz with 32.48 Mbps. UCell recorded a median upload speed of 15.42 Mbps, and the lowest latency with 33 ms.

Most Consistent Network
UCell recorded the best mobile network Consistency in Uzbekistan, with 92.3% of its samples meeting or exceeding the threshold of 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload throughput. Uztelecom recorded the best 5G Consistency in the market, with 95.3% of samples meeting or exceeding the threshold of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds.

At the other end of the scale, Namangan Province had the slowest median mobile download speed at 30.92 Mbps, followed by Kashkadarya Province and Tashkent Province. UCell was the fastest provider across 11 regions.

Tashkent Province had the fastest median fixed download speed among Uzbekistan’s regions, recording 87.22 Mbps. Toshkent Shahri was second, followed by Samarkand Province in third. At the other end of the scale, Khorezm Province had the slowest median fixed download speed at 46.95 Mbps, followed by Republic of Karakalpakstan and Namangan Province.
