The autonomous City of Buenos Aires recorded the fastest median mobile and fixed download speeds among the regions of Argentina. Its median mobile download speed was 69.96 Mbps, and it recorded a median fixed download speed of 111.4 Mbps.

Personal was the fastest mobile provider in Argentina during this period, based on Speedtest Intelligence® data for all technologies combined, with a Speed Score of 95.48. Personal led on median download speed, recording 49.41 Mbps, ahead of next placed Movistar, which recorded 31.82 Mbps, and Claro with 27.04 Mbps. Personal also led the market on median upload speed, with 10.71 Mbps, and the lowest latency with 38 ms.

Personal led on median 5G download speed, recording 524.98 Mbps, ahead of next placed Claro, which recorded 472.87 Mbps, and Movistar with 212.02 Mbps. There was no best network based on 5G Consistency, with both Claro and Personal scoring similar results, with 95.4% and 95.3% of their respective samples meeting or exceeding the threshold of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.

The autonomous City of Buenos Aires had the fastest median mobile download speed among Argentina’s regions, recording 69.96 Mbps. La Rioja Province was second, followed by Tucumán in third. At the other end of the scale, San Luis Province had the slowest median mobile download speed at 25.19 Mbps, followed by Entre Rios and Neuquen.
