Iliad the fastest fixed ISP in Italy
Iliad was the fastest ISP in Italy during 2H 2024 with a median download speed of 334.66 Mbps, and a median upload speed of 246.34 Mbps.
Bari and Genoa were the top performing cities in Italy
Among the most populous cities in Italy, Bari recorded the fastest median mobile download speed of 123.07 Mbps, while Genoa outpaced the other cities to record the fastest median fixed download speed, with 266.88 Mbps.

Bari had the fastest median mobile download speed among Italy’s most populous cities, recording 123.07 Mbps. Bologna was second, followed by Milan in third. At the other end of the scale, Florence had the slowest median mobile download speed at 61.68 Mbps, followed by Genoa and Catania.

Genoa had the fastest median fixed download speed among Italy’s most populous cities, recording 266.88 Mbps. Milan was second, followed by Palermo in third. At the other end of the scale, Florence had the slowest median fixed download speed at 86.14 Mbps, followed by Bari and Rome. Iliad was the fastest provider across eight cities.
