Smart was the fastest mobile provider in the Philippines during this period, based on Speedtest Intelligence® data for all technologies combined, with a Speed Score of 72.04. Smart led on median download speed, recording 45.83 Mbps, ahead of next placed Globe, which recorded 31.47 Mbps, and DITO with 26.72 Mbps. Smart recorded a median upload speed of 7.41 Mbps, and the lowest latency with 46 ms.

DITO recorded the best 5G Consistency in the market, with 86.2% of samples meeting or exceeding the threshold of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.

Metro Manila had the fastest median mobile download speed among regions in the Philippines, recording 63.33 Mbps. Central Visayas was second, followed by Davao Region in third. At the other end of the scale, the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao had the slowest median mobile download speed at 16.2 Mbps, followed by Zamboanga Peninsula and Cordillera Administrative Region.

Calabarzon had the fastest median fixed download speed among regions in the Philippines, recording 95.47 Mbps. Metro Manila was second, followed by Central Luzon in third. At the other end of the scale, Eastern Visayas had the slowest median fixed download speed at 43.12 Mbps, followed by MIMAROPA and Zamboanga Peninsula. Converge was the fastest provider across 11 regions, followed by PLDT Home Fiber in three.
