Calabarzon had the fastest median fixed download speed among regions in the Philippines, recording 95.47 Mbps. Metro Manila was second, followed by Central Luzon in third. At the other end of the scale, Eastern Visayas had the slowest median fixed download speed at 43.12 Mbps, followed by MIMAROPA and Zamboanga Peninsula. Converge was the fastest provider across 11 regions, followed by PLDT Home Fiber in three.
