Digitel was the fastest mobile provider in Venezuela during this period, based on Speedtest Intelligence® data for all technologies combined, with a Speed Score of 22.20. Digitel led on median download speed, recording 19.23 Mbps, ahead of next placed Movistar, which recorded 12.71 Mbps, and Movilnet with 8.74 Mbps. Digitel recorded a median upload speed of 6.49 Mbps, and a latency of 107 ms.

Nueva Esparta had the fastest median mobile download speed among Venezuela’s regions, recording 19.85 Mbps. Cojedes was second, followed by Anzoategui in third. At the other end of the scale, Amazonas had the slowest median mobile download speed at 4.99 Mbps, followed by Delta Amacuro and Apure. Digitel was the fastest provider across 14 regions.
